• Gently hand wash in cold water to maintain the fabric’s integrity.
• Lay flat to dry in the shade, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent fading.
• Do not tumble dry to maintain the fit and texture of your bikini.
• Avoid bleach, as it may damage the delicate fibers.
• Do not iron to preserve the pristine form of your swimwear.

At Soleado The Label, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a returns and exchanges policy under the following conditions:

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition, with all tags, original packaging and hygiene stickers attached.
• If the hygiene sticker has been peeled off or it is clear that the sticker has been removed and reapplied, we are unable to accept the return.
• Returns can only be processed as store credit and we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.
• Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same style.
• If you would like to exchange your item, please reach out to our support team to check availability.

How to Return or Exchange:

2. You will receive a return shipping label and further instructions on how to proceed.
